TGIF & Tickled Pink Stamps Challenge #31

Hola my friends! TGIF, right???  So it's been a super busy week... came back from NYC; we went to hang out with "la familia," AND to finally see THE LION KING on Broadway!!!  It was AWESOME, we enjoyed it immensely!


When we returned from the city, we decided to take a quick day trip to Virginia Beach.  Hubby had to work, so I took my momma instead : )


Next on our list of "things to do" was to get my daughter ready for her second year of college.  She and her room-mates are moving out of the dorms this year, so there was much shopping to be done.

Finally, I was able to spend a little quality time in the SCRAPROOM!  I worked on some more cards for the swap I mentioned in my last post... but they're not quite ready yet, plus I don't want the recipients to see them. I'll just post those once delivered ;P

I did however, complete my GDT project for PaperCrafting Journey (can't post that yet either.)  

And, I also completed this week's entry for

    First of all, you look fantastic in those pictures (whistling at you). Secondly, I am in love with Kenny K's steampunk releases! You rocked that card. Lastly......LOVE the peacock feather!!     Hey Yvonne - thanks for your lovely comments - they are much appreciated. You need to get your hands on a Tim Holtz Idea-ology ruler - these have little holes across the top so you can lay in on top of your paper and poke holes through it (in a straight line :P ) - then all you need to do is join it up with a fine-liner pen and dah dah - stitching done the easy way!
