Challenge Entry for Latinas en America!

Hello there my fellow Scrap-Loving-Blog-Buddies...
Getting ready to close up shop as the weekend concludes, and will be waiting anxiously until I can get back to crafting next weekend!  Secretly wishing for some more "Snow Days" just so I can stay home and craft!  Anywhoo, I was quite productive these last two days, and was able to complete a project for the Latinas En America challenge (Reto #55.)  This week's challenge was to incorporate an image wearing WHITE clothes.  I knew immediately which image I wanted to use, one of my favorites from Kenny K... and here it is:

I further challenged myself to use older papers from my stash, and to make my own flowers! The paper stack is a Six By Six by My Mind's Eye called Dwell.  I believe it came out in 2011, and it has been sitting in my room since! Definitely time to break that baby out! For the flowers I used about 5 different flower punches & 2 different leaf punches.

Hello Blog Buddies!!

Glad to be back in action! And what a great way to get started... another awesome Sketch Challenge from our awesome Cheri Cat!!!  She's releasing a new set of digital sentiments for Valentine's Day, and if you know Cheri, you'll agree that we probably should just call them "Anti-Valentine's Day" sentiments! It's a pre-colored image from KennyK.  She's called "Lady Raven."  

I kept the card really simple so that the sketch and digitals could shine through.  

I did however, amp up the shine with a healthy dose of 

Lindy's Stamp Gang Glitz Spritz in Scintillating Sliver.
