Texturized...

This week's challenge over at Tickled Pink is the incorporation of "texture."  And of course, texture can mean anything really, so after much consideration I settled on what "texture" means to me! I used black Plastic Canvas for the background, and a smaller count white Plastic Canvas cut with a TH Baroque die.  The designer paper is embossed, and the bow is made of waxed linen beading thread. The flowers are dusted with rock candy.  Each item certainly adds it's own distinct "feel" to the project, and it was fun trying to bring them all together!  The stamp is new, and I love it because I think she looks like a teacher, lol! Once I'm better with copics, I'm going to try to make her look like me! Hahaha!

  3. I love the plastic canvas mesh as texture! Soo cool! It is the perfect compliment to Christina! And you look pretty talented with your Copics already to me!
