I created this wonderfully funny card with my favorite new one!

Isn't it adorable?  I kept it very simple, and just added stickles on some

of the snowflakes...'cause really, a stamp this cute, just doesn't need a whole lot else!

My next favorite stamp is the sentiment used below...

isn't it perfect for Kenny K's "Xmas Hottie"!!!

I started by using the Bo Bunny "Forever Fall" Paper Collection,
 Cactus Gold Glitz Spritz from Lindy's Stamp Gang,
gold glittered card stock, and some gold toned accents.
The accents included acrylic gems, rhinestone bling swirls,
dragon fly charm, stickles, and last but not least...

Happy Halloween Bloggers!

Happy Halloween!

I created a card in honor of today's festivites.  It's called...

Sparkle Marci & Pet Spider!

LOL!  Here it is:

So I didn't have a clear vision when I started this project, 

but I know I was excited about some new things I was going to try!

First, was the Princess Marci stamp that I picked up a short while ago,

and have used only once before.  I colored her up with my 

Copic Markers. You can't really tell from this picture 

but I used the following colors on her dress:

BV17 - Deep Reddish Blue

BV13 - Hydrangea Blue

BV11 - Soft Violet

BV00 - Mauve Shadow 

Cool Grays - C1, C3, C5, C9

I used an image from Cheri's collection over at Graphicat Designs to 

make her a witch's hat, and embellished it with some mini

roses from I Am Roses.

I was especially excited to have found some prismatic paper

in the scrapbook section at my local Target.

I used it behind the house, you can see it through the window

and door cutouts. I also used it to punch out the leaves

I used behind the corner flowers, and to enhance the tree branches.

Last but not least, and my absolute favorite part of this card...

Here's a different angle - it catches the "shimmeri-ness" perfectly!

On the house and flowers I used:

Hey my spider lost it's bling!!! LOL!!!

I know what happened...

I tried to take some shots outside, for better lighting

(my DT buddy Jo does that, and always gets amazing shots.)

But is was soooo windy today, soon as I laid the card down, it 

got blown right off the deck! I had to chase my card down the backyard!

Meanwhile, hubs is watching out the window laughing his butt off!

Bwahahahaha!

It was funny though, so I forgive him!

Halloween TP Mini w/ I Am Roses

Hello Blog Buddies!

I'm so excited to have finished this year's Halloween Mini!

I wanted to make a TP mini for this occasion, but once I got started

I realized that I was out or TP rolls. And since I've heard a 

wise man (Plato) once stated... "Necessity is the mother of invention," I 

figured I could just make some rolls myself!  

I used some heavy black metallic card stock from my stash.

So with just a few swipes on my cutting and scoring boards,

I had just what I needed, AND I didn't have to paint them!

So here is how I "Roll" hahahaha!

I added a small clip on how I made the "faux" TP rolls

all of my lil' peeps in costume to fill this mini right on up!

Princess Marci + I Am Roses = PERFECT

Hello there my lovely friends!

Sooo happy that I finally made it down to my local scrapbook store
(LSS) to pick up a new LaLaLand Crafts Stamp.
It was hard to pick which little darling I should take home with me, 

but I decided on Princess Marci!

And here she is:

I also used a Spanish stamp from "Dilo En Español" 

by Scrapbookaholic Abby! I used "Para la Quinceañera," 

which is a young lady who's turing 15 - it's 

equivalent to a young lady celebrating her Sweet 16.
